Tom brings over 20 years of expertise in the insurance and retirement planning industry. As a former Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a leading financial insurance company, he advised thousands of financial advisors nationwide, helping their clients secure their financial future as they approached retirement. In 2014, Tom pioneered the company’s entry into the bank and brokerage sector, serving as its first National Sales Manager. Under his leadership, the division grew from inception to over $1 billion in annual premiums. He was also the inaugural recipient of the company’s Most Valuable Sales Award for the independent advisor channel. Tom holds the prestigious Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation, is a Certified Federal Employee Retirement Consultant, and has earned FMLI and ALMI designations from LOMA.

Originally from Greater Des Moines, Iowa, Tom graduated with a Communications degree from the University of Northern Iowa. After spending most of his life in Iowa, he relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2021 to better serve his clients.

Now, Tom leverages his extensive experience to directly assist clients with tailored retirement solutions, including guaranteed lifetime income, life insurance, tax strategies, long-term care, and estate planning. Guided by his faith in Jesus Christ, he founded a company built on biblical values and a commitment to family.

Tom has been married to Eileen since 2016, and they share two adult children and three lively dogs: Bailey, Pippi, and Ziggy.
